Strange Fruit

Katarina-Sokolova Art ~ Secret Keeper

Wanderlust,
You keep me running far from us.

Tenderness,
Leaves me dying for your trust.

This strange seed,
Cuts how envy should bleed,
Planted in the middle of the forest in my dreams.

One drop of juice,
Or touch,
Kills the living love,
Inside the

Heart of our tree.

Kiss the strange fruit sweetly,
Before the sheer darklings,
Take away your sight.
Hold onto my embrace,
Ever so knightly,
Dwindling fear in the luscious light.

Rainproof,
You keep your heart covered with cold hugs.

Carved cues,
Nourish the saccharine, uberous sapling pus.

One drop of juice,
Or touch,
Kills the living love,
Inside the

Heart of our tree.

This strange weed,
Shreds like allure would tear,
Buried on corners of the asylum in my torpid daymares.

Kiss the strange fruit sweetly,
Before the sheer darklings,
Take away your sight.

Midnight clovers swallow glossy grace;
Wrap our affections in warm ringlets,
As we lovingly stroke barrier branches,
To weave strings binding jumbled joy.

Hold onto my embrace,
Ever so knightly,
Dwindling fear in the luscious light,

Inside the

Heart of our tree.
